People that can't take an extra 30 seconds of their time to wipe off the roof of their car from the snow storm the night before should be held 100% accountable for all and any damage it may cause on the road, period. Lazy butt holes shouldn't be allowed on the damn road. I've pulled up and yelled at plenty of them so far, and won't stop as long as I have to deal with their stupidity.

This isn't about enforcing asthetics. It's about safety. It's the same reason you should not drive and text. It only takes 1 second of not being able to see the road and you could be in the cause of a head-on collision.... But the screwed up thing about the situation is you weren't the cause.. The guy in front of you who didn't clean off his car was the cause... His neglagence in leaving snow piled up on his car caused you to not be able to see, which caused you to hit another car... Now you're at fault (or it's natural causes, manslaughter, or it's "gods will" under certain insurance policies) because some douchebag failed to brush off the snow and got on the highway with 6 inches of snow on top of his car.
