I've held one, that's as far as it went though.
It seemed to have quality construction, although the one I held was not the CA variant, it was the C variant. This one was sort of a swiss army knife of a rifle, forearm folded down into a bipod and the stock folded down and could be fired in that position. Overall I would consider one for purchase. I would like a SU-16D.

Personally it seemed too much like a novelty
The pod felt wired unless it was on perfectly smooth surfaces
The rifle itself seemed to fire fine but for the money I'd get a traditional rifle like a savage 110
It would be way more accurate and have a better trigger feel
