Default just got assaulted in my car!

so i'm driving home through downtown and i'm still unfamiliar with the city. story basically goes that at a red light i'm unknowingly in a right hand turn lane, light goes green i cut out into the straight lane because i basically figure everyone drives like a maniac downtown. apparently not. guy i cut off get's pissed, at the next red light, he pulls into the OPPOSITE lane of traffic and gets OUT OF HIS CAR!!!! i have my window half way down because i was smoking and the dude comes over and starts choking me while i'm stopped at a red light. So i flip out and just gun it, guy gets dragged with me a bit and then falls into the road. I hope his girlfriend in the passenger seat sees what a D bag he is. anyways, my weekend reward is man claw marks all across my neck.

wtf

..wow, are you serious? what kind of insane person does that..

as soon as he fell, you should have stopped, gotten his license plate, and called 911

half of the time right-only lanes are not even marked properly and you don't realize you're in one until it's too late (esp. if there's traffic)

Should carry a gun and shoot them next time. lol That same story happened here not long ago. Guy gets out of the car to assault someone due to road rage, and gets shot by the guy he's assaulting from inside the car. Justice was served. Doesn't matter if you were cut off intentionally or by accident, road rage is assault, and sometimes you will pay dearly for it.

Did you use cigarette to burn him? I would have, hopefully he broke some part of his body and learned his lesson.

At least put a knife in your door pocket.

lol i just put a knife there this morning and i'm pretty sure he seriously hurt his wrist with it being caught in the small window gap. i didn't even know what to do, i was a deer in headlights. it's not every day that someone gets out of their car in the middle of the street. i'll be ready to murder him next time.

Road rage is a bad deal. It's everywhere, and very common here in CA where I live. Glad you are ok, and there was no other major damage to you or the car.
