This is great. It is about time more parents do this. James Harrison gave back his sons trophies because his sons were rewarded only for participation. This is why the millennials generation is so entitled. They don't understand what it takes to earn something.

Yep. We Gen-Xer's never got any "participation" trophies. I was expected to win and get A's. If I didn't I was a disappointment. That's why today, "the best I can do" is never good enough for me. Stop telling your kids it's ok to fail as long as you tried your best.
