MINNEAPOLIS - On Sunday, a Minnesota State Trooper pulled over an unsafe vehicle on Highway 53 in Koochiching County. In the process, he found a heck of a story to tell.
The Trooper stopped an old Ford Pinto for unsafe equipment.
Much of the vehicle was rusted out. A tire was actually holding a gas can in the front seat and was rigged up to the engine.
Officials said the car was impounded and the driver was cited on charges of unsafe equipment and no Minnesota driver's license.
