I was just wondering what everyone was paying for insurance for a tibby. Im paying about $800 a year, and i got a quote from progressive for $700 for 6 months. WHATS UP WITH THAT???

That sounds pretty good to me, given your age. I pay about $1600.00 CDN a year for my insurance.

Blahblahblah........ I have State Farm........ Got one point and my insurance went up from $180/month to $290/month. Only good news is that in a month when I turn 21 it drops to $150/month. Full coverage sucks monkey butt :angry:

The quote was just for like a weekend vehicle becuse i dont drive it everyday but i thought that was pretty high.

How old are you and what kind of coverage do you carry? Collision what deduct? Comp what deduct?

it also depends on if ur car insurance BEFORE was also with the same company as your health if it was then thats y its cheaper. if u go to just a car insurance company it will b more than car/health combined

I have two vehicles covered, my Tib and my wife's Nissan Frontier, full coverage with many options including uninsured motorist, towing, rent a car, accidental death,ect for $112 total for BOTH vehciles!!!

I'm looking for new insurance right now cuz i'm sick of farm bureau messing up my payments, but my quote for progressive was $288/month for the same coverage when my farm bureau was $192. What's up with that? Guess i'll keep looking. :angry:

Im under my dads name, he ha car/life/house insurance all with state farm, I pay 290/month CDN (just for my car)...for the least possible coverage.
