It's a stand up machine at the arcade. I have played it once or twice, very cool. I don't really have a method to it though, just drop the quarters and go. smile.gif
I DOMINATE that game, i played one game almost everyday! i got a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, i have 8 stars for racer level, i have every modifacation available done to it, i've cleared the first 3 boards, and beat the first 4 of 5 guys in the rest of the boards, my best course is the hardest one, day or night, downhilll! the only things "bad" about this game is wether you win or lose your "credit" (turn) is over, and theres no clutch- its just a slap shifter. but i've stopped playing that game and just started playing the arcade game "maximum Tune" its like tokyo extreme racing but better graphics. theres a 6 speed shifter (no clutch) but its pretty cool nice choice of cars, i have a "Mitsubishi Lancer Eveolution 8 MR [CT9A]" i only cleared 3 races so far but got some good mods up to 340 HP ranked N class. VERY addicting game, its $1 a race, and you can go through an easy $10.
^^Agreed.
Then again...drifting is such a ricer sport. 8)
Sorry...but you can't expect to drifting into your turns on a twisty and expect to win. tongue.gif

I've been playing whenever I accumulate spare change in the car... it's wicked fun, and the arcade version 3 is updated with all the season 4 characters (iggy has the levin turbo'd, the guy with the Miata is in it, I just wish there was a Capuccino). It's ton's of fun. I have the Subaru STi, I beat the first mountain, and I'm working on the second.
