my 1 1/2 yr old daughter is very independent. after church service, my wife and I were holding her hand out the door. description of the door, two big glass doors with glass walls next to it. she pulls away from us wanting to walk on her own. so she walks toward the door.
and guess what happened?
she walks right into the glass wall, thinking it was the door! pretty hard too!
she walked away fine, rubbing her head but it was so freaking funny.

aww how cute. prrof it's good to have a video camera around. i did that once when i was little but i was like not that that young. probably at 7 or 8 years of age i ran into a glass door and just fell flat onto the floor like in a cartoon.

Did that myself yesterday... a glass door on campus had a chunk of ice blocking it from opening more then 1/3 of the way. That's as far as I went too....
