I'm sick and tired of this bias towards me. Here's my Colon blow recipe again.
2 scoops of Metamucil
1 can of 7-up
8 cubes of ice.
stir vigorously.
It's a funny name , but it helps with digestion.

As for a recipe, only thing that is good for is to blow your ass out or toilet apart. The man was looking for recipes to feed his family, not clear his colon.
