We had a guy doing donuts on a forklift
. . . in reverse
. . . with a big plastic pallet/box shipping container on the forks
. . . which went flying
. . . in a working space (not in the warehouse)
nobody was hurt so it was funny.

I drifted a forklift once. And crashed it. No damage, and nobody hurt, but it was pretty funny. The area we worked in was relatively cool (thankfully as it was a lot of physical manual labor), but the air conditioning died at one point. One area of the plant has lots of hot water for washing, so without the air, it got very humid and steamy very quickly. So the water started to condense on the relatively cool ground (we were all dying of the humidity at that point), leaving a nice slick, smooth surface. I was driving the fork, and didn't realize it until I was sliding towards a protective barrier and slammed (somewhat lightly, but enough to make the dozen people in the area look up) into the wall/fence/barrier/whatever you wanna call it. The slicks on the fork have pretty much zero traction on a smooth surface with water. Even stopping and starting just left you spinning those wheels. It was actually kinda fun.

One of the owners of my company crashed a forklift into a wall. This was funnier because he had just a day or 2 ago finished berating/deriding one of the men for crashing the same forklift into the same spot on the same wall.
Moral: don't use the electric truck on the slanted warehouse floor. You'll hit that spot on the wall.
