Well, if confronted by the devil that means that you faced now with the idea that there is definitive proof of punishment after death. So not only are you killing a random person, for money no less, but committing an act that guarantees eternal punishment.

I would do it, but only if it was someone bad like a criminal on death row or something. I dont believe in heaven or hell so I wouldnt have a conscience as to whats going to happen when I die.

Well, as mentioned confronted by the magical devil I would be forced to re-think my entire belief system. So probably not.
Just some dood who is a dick and gets his jollies from this, still no. I'm too paranoid that I'll be the next victim when someone pushes the button.
