Since it is as awful as before. At least for people with college degrees. Sure it is good for the untrained blue collar people that want to play in the mud for a few dollars, but not for those who worked their ass off in school just to get out on a completely hostile job market. Where are the jobs for college graduates?

My company is trying hard to hire people, and our pool of applicants SUCKS! Some positions without a degree, some fresh out of college, some want 2-3 years experience. We're finding nobody, and we're a fairly recognizable company in this area.

I think it relates to the economy 2 and 3 years ago. People who found jobs and are afraid to leave. Others weren't able to go to or continue with college.

Basically if you're not a doctor, engineer, or nurse, forget finding anything valuable.

It's pretty sad. In the old days they would train people. Now, businesses expect people to have experience at their door meanwhile they fire their fleet and make the remaining employees work more than they have to for example work overtime, multiple tasks, or having them work technology-based jobs that they aren't familiar with (computer science majors aren't included in the degrees!). They also kick out the elders, the very brains and wisdom of the companies (for example: as Neil deGrasse Tyson in capitol hill argued this is happening at NASA).

I'm having a hard time understanding why absolutely nothing is being done about national debt. The government just keeps increasing taxes to stay afloat (from budget shortfalls everywhere) so that businesses have to cut down their size.

We went from 1st in the world in education/economy in the 1980's to 14th, and still going downhill. What happened to this great country? They're saying that in the last 20 years, Europe surpassed us in every way. How can the leaders of global economy for so many decades have let that happen?

A strong America would never give in to a "World order". Weaken her and its people, put on the crunch and turn up the heat. Kill the Economy, runaway inflation, none of this is an accident. In four simple words, It fits there agenda.
