I LOVE s2k's. Before anyone goes and starts doggin on their low torque numbers, consider how fast an s2k's engine is spinning and those torque numbers are multipled...

Be prepared, no more cheap mods. LOL. EVERYTHING, for the s2k is exensive as hell. Just a cheapo single cat-back (not even dual) is $1000+.

But it doesn't take much to have fun with an s2k roadster. My friend in the car club just has an AEM Uego wideband and standalone (not sure on brand), and some new tires (man he goes through many...) and he already is incredibly fast.

Ugh, I hate Honda's too. Always have. Haven't seen ONE I've liked or would buy myself.

I've been in the S2000's and driven one, and cant' stand them. Impractical for any size of an actual family, low ass torque, expensive to work on as hell, and the aftermarket? Hope you are rich.

All of the local S2000 guys & gals here have the same attitude as the GK folks on NT.com .

I wish you luck, but a sell out is a sell out.

Yellow??!! Those cars look sweet as in black & silver. You should've gone for one of those colours IMHO.

Well if you had to "go over to the dark side" there's no better rwd, off the shelf Honda. But for a lot less cash then what you spent you could of went with the new Civic and a few mods that would smoke the S2000.

 

Good upgrade. Dunno why you picked it over some turbocharged awd cars though ??

 

i dont like hondas either but if you are going to get one s2k is the one. but i would have gotten anything to stay away from hondas. and definately not the civic. i dont care how fast those can go they have a bad name because of all the ppl that think they are cool for having a car that has a lot of mods for cheap.

i have convinced myself to tell you it was a bad idea tibs are the shit because they are not a dime a dozen like all those hondas.

 

Well that just makes you special....

Prelude, RSX, New SI, even a GSR(not to mention the ITR), and S2000 stock vs stock will eat our cars alive. with vtec and all the aftermarket support...Honda is superior to hyundai. Dont hate on me cause I just said the truth, and dont get me wrong because I also love my tib, and I will have it for along time.
