Got home awhile ago and there were a couple of police cars in front of my house. 1 cop was talking to my neighbor and the other cop was talking to a kid who was in handcuffs in the back seat. I guess the kid was walking around to all my neighbors houses and siphoning out gas from their cars into a couple of gas cans. They saw him doing it, called the police, and they rolled up on him as he was doing it.

That happened to me a couple of times. It can be pretty lucrative, they siphoned 31 gallons out of my Bronco twice. That's more than they would get selling most stolen stereo systems.

all of the cars i've owned have anti-siphoning valves in the filler neck. sh*t's annoying as hell, every time i need a vague quart of gas for cleaning something, i gotta take the jerry down to the servo and mess around with that.
but then again, never been siphoned so you can't really hate.
