For price, you'll have to check with Shark Racing (Boogyman or Yamaneko), but for the install, it looks like a fairly easy job.
The only thing NOT included in the kits I recieved, were relays, and in line fuses. the kit is designed to run off the power from your stock headlight wiring, so in reality, it does not need them, as the stock system uses a relay and an inline fuse, however, being the anal-retentive type that I am, I am going to install Relays and inline fuses anyway.
You need to drill a 25mm hole in the cap covering the light(s), and all the wiring and etc goes through that hole. They include a grommet to seal that hole, and the grommit already has the wires going through it, so it forms a nice tight seal.
Biggest problem with the installation is finding room to mount the Starter balast and Light balasts. You've only got about 12" of wire to play with, so they need to be mounted within 12" of the headlights themselves. I'm thinking of installing the balasts UNDER the headlight housing itself. It's a PITA to get to, but they will be secure, dry, and close.
The directions for the kit are good quality, clear with lots of diagrams. I will be scanning in the full directions and have an install FAQ up within a week.
Random couldn't you lenghten the wire from the balast to the light? Since you are installing relays and in line fuses wouldn't be much more of a hassle to add some wire here and there. Looks good Random can't wait to see how they look when you get them on.
BTW how come none of us Texas guys get anything cool to try out for SR?

Yes, you could lengthen the wires rather easily, but the install would not look as clean.
