i'd kill the beretta driver........

however, what i did when got rear ended in my old car, it was totalled, i told Insurance company that i can't afford getting a new car for the "total" ammount and made a statement that i can't drive total (it is illegal).

They tried to sneak away, so i had to talk to lawyers.. eventually, insurance company and guy who hit me had to pay ~50% of downpayment +total =)

maybe it will work for you too..?

Glad that you are ok man.....

Just be carefull about the insurance company.... they don't want to loose..... just check for new parts, and a grad A+ paint job...... Also try to conect the OBDII to see if you have any error code because a hidden damage.....

Wow, I'm so sorry. <3 At least you're okay. I think your car might be totalled too. I guess that's a good thing for you, since you want it to be. 40kmh is pretty fast to hit somebody that is completely stopped. Is your neck okay?

Yep Im good, I would have preferred that none of this happened at all, but since it did happen I dont want them to fix it cause then I wont be able to sell it and it wont be the same. I see this as a chance to get a better car...
