That show is so fake and trashy. Funny, but really bad reality tv.

 

I hate that show with a passion. The repo douchebags do illegal things on the show all the time then b*tch when it goes badly. I know the douchebag that got tazed here went to jail for it in one episode. If I remember right, every single piece of footage in this show is a "reenactment" so who knows what really happened in any given situation.

I don't know the law there, but under the law here the repo men would have been charged with disturbing the peace and the old man wouldn't have gone to jail. While it's legal to repo a car here obviously, it's also the repo men's legal responsibility to fully abort and retreat if things get heated at all.
