I know they're both basically the same car in terms of quality now but do any of you think that one is better than the other? Thank god Hyundai no longer makes Daewoo. laugh.gif

 

i think KIA makes cooler cars that probably appeal to young first time car owners. I imagine that they market to twenty something couples with no college degree who live in apartment complexes and want to hve a cool and cheap car. hyundai seems to be aimed towards more reserved and sensible drivers. same cars in the ends, different styling though.

 

Hyundai didn't make Daewoo cars, or really have anything to do with them aside from both being Korean.

IMO the product quality is equal. Hooray for robotic assembly.

Kia is being positioned as the youth oriented brand, Hyundai is being positioned as more mature.
