you see one of those turbo guys has his maf in the stock position? lol i thought that was a no no with turbo.....? its hte one with the big red wastegate

apparently it's ok for low boost (less that 4 or so) it's a bad idea though since maf's can't read pressure. plus at high boost it can damage it.

 

with that setup i think hes running more than 4 lol. uh oh

seems like he does drive it some. still probably not alot of boost though.

 

i just got home. finally!!! like 9 hours later. Keith now has a 2 hour ride back to HIS place. haha.

mad.gif Wish I could have made it. Turns out I DID have to go to that wedding until late Saturday, plus, my wheels & tires didn't arrive yet. The roads were wet from rain on Friday night, and it threw my bald-tired tib sideways getting on a highway. Spooked me so bad, I've been avoiding driving in rain. Looked like it was gonna pour all weekend... boo, phorq. mad.gif

Looks like it was fun, and that there were tons more cars (RDs) than last year. Rock on! We don't need no steeenkin' dealer! Can't wait to see more pics!

Yeah, who needs a dealership, the location this year was awesome. It rained in the morning, but held off for the day, but if the sun had of been shining there would have been a lot more traffic with people walking along the beach.

Thanks to that little cruise in North Burlington I'm thinking its time to boost my Tib....

Oh, and thanks to all the guys that came from farther away than the 10 minute drive that I had to make. Definitely an awesome turn out, and we turned some heads in my home town when we took that cruise through Burlington. No longer will my Hyundai be laughed at.....especially when 2 unnamed individuals comparitively tested their "acceleration techniques".

 

seeing cars like Vipers, SOCKS, Nightsharks, 2Uniq's, PreciousFibres and Rixshark's made it QUITE worth it. meetin all of you guys was good times. thanks for the cheeseburger and terrible fries Tanc! haha
