I tired a direct link to the item but it didn't work so I posted a link to the page where the hurrican wind is for sale. Anyways, it's supposed to be bottled wind and water from hurricane Katrina. I saw this a couple of days ago and someone actually bought some hurricane wind and water for $15. Looks like there' a sucker born every minute.
