Ok, here is a Neutral response I got. Let me fill you in on this story. I bought an item, I forget what it was, I think it was LED lights for my KIA. The item arrived on time, but the dude would never respond to any e-mails. I had paid an extra $1.50 for him to get delivery confirmation on the item, which DC only costs about .50 anyways. I was trying to get him to tell me the DC number, which he never did. So, I gave him a Neutral feedback, since his communications sucked throughout the entire thing. Here is his feedback on me, and then my response, then his response.

Neutral : Communications were terrible...payment was received and item was shipped.... <--- His feedback to me the buyer

Follow-up by ninetuning - One could waste days trying to read all the email about nothing buyer sends!!! <--- His response to my response

Now here is the feedback I gave him:
Neutral : Communications were terrible. Item was recieved. Any questions, e-mail me.......
Response by ninetuning - Emails answered in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours except weekends!!!**
Follow-up by techxcess - All I asked for was the delivery confirmation number that I paid for. Never Came

Notice how his feedback to me kind of mimicked mine? What a strange guy this was.
