All good tips for those that don't know. I on the other hand have access to a lift here at my werehouse, so much better then laying on the ground. I wish we had it installed when I did my beta swap.

i noticed that too! jacked up on a tilt.

it's actually awesome in a way. except for you're never supposed to put anything on the rotors except for brake cleaner.

Would have been better if the wheels had been painted on the car and the rotors had a mesh design smile.gif

Yes, ALWAYS throw the tire under the frame/unibody rail unless you've got jackstands and on flat ground. Even then, unless you're working on the wheel just slide it under. That way if the jackstand fails in some fashion the wheel should "catch" the car so it can at least stick up high enough off the ground that you can sneak your jack under it and pick it back up. You really don't want to see your car land on its rotor let alone have no way to lift it up off the ground...
