I have been pulled over for speeding 3 times, 69 in 55(Warning), 39 in 25($80ish ticket), and 92 in a 60($259 ticket, knocked down to $159 + 8 hours of community service.)

Once for swerving all over the road, BULLSHIT, no ticket.

Once for parking on the wrong side of the road facing traffic. Warning.

And here is the good one, I had a white Dodge Neon once, I had literally JUST put Blackout headlight/taillight covers on it. I pulled out with some buddies, get down the road one block, and a cop pulls me over. He asks me to step out of the car and walk back to the cruiser with him, and proceeds to tell me why he pulled me over. "I pulled you over because: Earlier today, I seen you in a red Chevorlet Corsica(which my mom, did then own one, which I indeed did drive at times) pulling the E-brake, doing donuts, and squealing tires, and what not. I told him, NO, you did not see me doing this. That day, my mom was visiting my Grandma at a hospital, an hour and half away, ALL DAY. He kept telling me, I know for sure it was you, I kept proceeding to tell him he was full of shit. I asked him why he didn't pull me over when he seen me doing it, he mumbled around and whatnot, and I asked him if he was done, then hopped in my car and left. SOME MAJOR EFFIN BULLSHIT, no ticket.

Sorry for the bad sentence structure, in a hurry. If I would have went more into detail with the last one, I would go on to explain how i OWNED that cop.

 

1st time was driving with those neon windshield washer lights (blue)

2nd time driving with those neon windshield washer lights, lol. (same ones)

3rd time was speeding 95mph in a 40mph zone... was actually being a bad 17 yr old at the time and racing another kid in a truck, lol. Cop was sleeping in his car on the back road and woke up to us flying by. We got to a light and I waved to the kid, he waved back, then a couple minutes later a cop come flying up behind us. and pulls us over. about 10 mins later, 4 more cop cars show off and close off any exits and entrances to the quickmart that he pulled us over in. I got out of the ticket(s). I was looking at 450$ worth of tickets and 5 points on my license. Went to court and ended up only paying 46$ for court cost and no points. Never ever raced kids on the street again. Lesson learned.

4th time was for the illegal window tint. (half mirror/ have 20%)

5th time was for running a red light (was drunk and stoned at the time) - cop was right across the street watching me and I was watching him... I saw a green light out of the corner of my eye, so while I was still staring at the menacing cop car across the light from me I started to go. Cop immediately throws his lights on and does a U-turn and comes after me. S H I T. lol "Son, do you know why I pulled you over?" "Absolutely not, WHY DON'T U TELL ME." "Uhhhhh, you ran a red light." "What??? really?" "Yeah." "I thought I saw it turn green?" "The left turn lane turned green" "Oh my GOd" "Son, have you been drinking anything tonight?" "uhhhh, no?" "hmmm, well ok then, drive 'Safetly' home"

6th time was for a DUI. Pulled over not because I was weaving all over the place or endangering people, BUT because my tag light was out. The best part about that is they weren't actually out but had painters tape over them from when I last had the car painted. lol. Learned a valuable lesson there. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE, even if its a few beers. DUIs are absolute hell.I've payed out of my ass for this, 4500$ and still paying more. it's been two long years and I havent had any more offenses since the dui.

 

1st time: Maroon 97 Hyundai Elantra - Some jack@$$ cut me off on the highway and hit the brakes so I swerved to the next lane and I got pulled over for failing to signal a lane change (no ticket)

2nd time: Black 05 Elantra GT - I was driving west blinded by the sun setting (just low enough where the visors did not help) and thought the speed limit was 65 so I was going 74 when the sign was really 45. $350 ticket and defensive driving.

 

lol, well I think it was mostly cause we were stopped in the bus lane. And because the officers were bored, not much crime occurring round those parts.

 

ive been pulled over 1 time while driving and 1 time with my ex and our friends. when she got pulled over we were in her taurus doing 86 in a 45 and got a written warning and let go. the time i got pulled over was in my cobalt blue tib and i got a warning for going too fast. i was doing like 45 in a 35, the cop was facing me like he was going the opposite way and i went past him slower. he turned around and with his lights on. told me to slow down, said i was doing 70 when he saw me. told me that i shouldnt worry about getting to school on time, go slower and get there late. it was an unmarked car that got me and people told me afterward that the township i live in doesnt even have that car and i know all the other cops/cars in the other boroughs around my town.

 

Ill see what I can remember what for and which Tib I had at the time:

16 years old, red RD2. Pulled over for red washer lights, warning
16, Brothers 91 white MR2. Speeding, 47 in a 30. Ticket and a couple points
16, girlfriends old POS Topaz. LOL speeding, 67 in a 55. Ticket and some points
16, red RD2, rolling stop, warning
17, Blue RD2, loud exhaust, warning
17, blue rd2, windows to dark, warning
18, blue rd1, loud exhaust and tails not working properly, couple of tickets, no points.
19, red rd1, i think i seafoamed it and got stopped, warning
20, silver x3 accent, exhaust was to loud, it was a POS and had a leak, warning
20, blue rd2 (same one as before but with a turbo and 3inch exhaust) the only time i ever drove it with my old setup I got pulled over for loud exhaust and no front plate. the exhaust sounds great but he heard me when the WG opened. Got a warning because I told him i just finished it and was only testing stuff out.
21, blue 08 accent. 63 in a 30, speeding. 6 points and $200 which I have to pay in a week or so. Court did nothing for me.

And yes, I have had 6 or 7 Tiburons and 2 Accents. And many more. And yes I am 21

 

I have a silver RD2, but I've never been pulled over in it.

17 - 1994 Ford Explorer (Grandpa Tan) - I cut off a cop in an intersection. 2 tickets. She was a b****. I went to the prosecutors office and he dropped one, I paid the other. Went to court, didn't have to say anything, I just had to walk up and he did the talking.

18 - 94 Explorer - Turning in a designated no turn zone between 3pm and 6pm. I ALWAYS obeyed that sign. This day, we were leaving for a week of camping, running late, and I wasn't paying attention and turned. First time ever, and last time ever. Ticket.

20 - Black 2004 Mazda3 GT - Speeding, 62km/h in a 40. Didn't have my license, but I lived about 30 seconds away so he let me go get my license and brought it back and he didn't make a big deal about it. Ticket.

21 - '97 Elantra - Speeding, 115 in a 70, he lowered it to 85. Ticket.

22 - 2004 Ford Explorer, Royal Blue - My first full day with the truck, Speeding, 90 in a 60. He told me he lowered it to 75, so I didn't even bother looking at the ticket Since I was relieved. When I finally looked at it to mail in the cheque (it was in a different city), I saw he wrote 65 in a 60, and listed my truck as a 2008 when it was actually a 2004. Would have fought it, but it would cost me more in gas to go to that city to court than to pay the $45 ticket.

 

ok well I have been in a series of problems with the law, and here they are...

16(age) - driving my black auto Rd1, I was running late to school to take my exit exam so i took the highway to school and in one of the intersections their is a camera that flashes you for an infraction or w/e so i was speeding 50 on a 40 and as I was approaching the intersection I realized that I may not make it to the other side w/o going through the red light so when the light turn yellow I suddenly break but then realized my car wasnt going to stop before the cross line so i stepped on it but by the time my auto downshifted by itself and it was too late and suddenly I got flashed......what a bummer I already knew that-that was a $400 ticket, but since at the time I was taking classes at the city of Inglewood to work for them as a lube technician, I talked to one of the cops that was a regular at the inglewood city shop and gave me the phone number of the lady that monitors the city's camera lights. so long story short she passed me to one of the captian's and explained him my situation and as soon as I got flashed, my ticket was erased. I was too happy smile.gif

16- I was still driving my black auto Rd1 tiburon, me and friend with his v8 wannabe v6 mustang were going to ditch school for the day so at lunch we packed up and left the parking lot, since my school is right next to another school (honor students) and usually their sum fine girls right by the gate, my friend with his mustang decides to rev it and punch it, little did we know that on the other side of the street their was a cop standing right by the sidewalk, so when I saw my friend step on it, since I was behind him, I decided to do it better so I downshift after doing an incomplete stop and step on it (by the way I had headers and custom 2.25 catless exhaust) so as I fly down the street I literally look at the cop right in the eye as I fly right by him and at this point I was going 60 on a 25mph, so at this point I know my ass jst got caught speeding so being the smart ass that I am I take a fast right turn, then I make a left but their was no avoiding it the cop was on my ass after my left turn, I realize that I couldnt loose him with my loud ass exhaust so, the cop starts swearing at me as he pulls right next to me with his patrol car and tells me to turn off the car. At this point I knew he was going to f*** me over (at the time I did not have a license only a permit), long story short he turned out to be a good guy and talked to me and told me not to do it again, lol he didnt even mind my loud exhaust, so he jst ended up giving me a warning for speeding. smile.gif

17- At this point I had already turned 17 and was finally working for the city of inglewood as a lube technician, I was tired of my auto tiburon, and I wanted to convert it to standard tranny but found out that the job was going to be pricey, so I decided to buy me a tiburon that already came with a standard tranny, I ended up getting a tiburon fx from a guy in ontario, ca. So 4 months later and already got the hang of how to drive a standard car, me and my friends decided to take a lil late night trip to ontario (it was friday night) to check out the street races and also hit ontario mills (mall) to see whats up with the females down their. We got to the mall hit the arcades and w/e, after that we were debating whether or not we should grab a bite to eat, so I park my car, then suddenly this lil 4 door honda parks nxt to me and ask if I wanted to run or if I knew where the street races were at, I said that I didnt know where they were at and that I was pretty new in the city, I didnt reply weather or not I would run but personally I could of taken that honda he popped the hood for us. So when we decided not to follow the street racing we ended heading home, as soon as I enter the 405 S. freeway one of my friends suddenly says "this is your track tony", and w/o thinking about it I dont know why i step on the pedal I didnt even downshift I was in 3rd gear at the time before I knew it I was on 5th gear doing 115mph on the freeway I was too focus on switching lanes carefully that I did not see a cop up ahead at 1:00am, suddenly I fly by the highway patrol @ 115pmh, he turns on his sirens and pulls me over, at this point I knew I was f***ed and their was no way to get out of this one w/o facing the law, so I pull over at the hazzard lane, then the cop tells me on the megaphone to keep going down the freeway until he tells me to get off, so I followed his directions and finally after 10-15 mins later he tells me to get off on national blv. and finally pulls me over. So 2 cops get off the car both of them have their hands on their weapons (one of my friends had a pocket knife on them) so one of the officers flashes his damn light right at my face and tells me wtf am I doing go so fast, so i busted with some bullshit story but he didnt bite, asked me turn off the car and get off the vehicle and sits me on the curve and as I was sitting on the sidewalk this catless riced out eclipse flys by us and the cops doesnt do anything....I was f***ing pissed, the cop then proceeds to tell me why am I driving so fast in a hyundai and then I quote "hyundai's and kia's fall apart @40 mphs.(lol) well the cops ended up not searching my car or my friends since I was not drunk or drugged and had all my papers and license, my ticket was for excessive speeding, failure to obey, unsafe lane change, and violating my drivers license since I was 17. After that the cop did not let me drive my car so the only way I could avoid getting towed was if my friend who was 18 and had a license drove my car. (he did not know how to drive standard tranny) and if that wasnt bad enough the cop pulled me over on a road that was slanted....so now am sitting in the passenger seat and my friend who has lil or no experience driving standard tranny had to drive my car. My friend was struggling to turn the car on LOL, the cop is still behind us and gets on the megaphone and tells us "wer waiting for you guys to leave", so finally I help my friend to turn the car on and immediately his having trouble to get the car rolling, I was afraid that he was going to burn out in front of the cops lol but thank goodness that he didnt and we ended up rolling into a local parking lot mall where we parked the tibby and met with another friend who does know how to drive standard and drove it back home...... When I went to court due to this ticket I got my license suspended and fined $500 but the other 3 infractions were dropped.

18- At this time I had already turned 18 and had just renewed my license with a new picture, that same week I had to go to court (friday) , and the day I went to court the judge suspended my license for 1 month I was bummed. I didnt take it very seriously I was driving the next day against my dads approval. 48 hours later from friday I drove to my friends house and we were just kicking it, so it was getting pretty late and the next day their was school, but I wanted to finish the night with a thrill so i told one of my friends to text this one guy with a mustang that spread the word around school that he could spank my tiburon in a drag, so the text went out to try to get him to race me that night and at first he didnt want to because he had just gotten out of work but i told my friend to tell him not to be a b****, "now or never". So sure enough that got him fired up so 10 mins later he shows up at the house we explain to him where to start and where to start breaking (we run at the freeway entrance a straight line a bit more than a 1/8) so he agrees to the rules, so we ended up racing that night after 3 honks I was gone (mustang v6 by the way), I ended up beating that mustang by a car and half, at the end of the freeway entrance their is this curve and by the time you reach it your suppose to been letting off the throttle, but the guy was so surprised and mad that I beat him (he had my friend as his passenger) that instead of breaking where he was told he doesnt slow down at all and actually speeds up and passes me on my left side, he was doing easily 90-95mph at the curve and if that wasnt bad enough their was a car in his lane and obviously he was going too damn fast to slow down, so he switches lanes in the middle of the curve doing 90+ from my point of view the mustang slid almost going into a drift but the driver manages to somehow keep in the road, I must honestly say I was scared for both of my friends but thank god he didnt loose control, after that crazy ass stunt someone tipped off the cops how do I know this you ask yourself, well after we both got off the freeway their was a cop already waiting for us at the exit, he tail gated us for 2-4 miles until finally the cop gets next to me, I suddenly make this right turn and in my head all I could think off is ( i got to get home as fast as I can) so as I was coming up on this intersection I downshift to 2nd gear and make this left turn, as I turned my car fishtailed, and as soon as I completed the turn their was a cop right in front of me so this bastard makes a U turn and pulls me over, and I quote,"So you were racing the mustang." Of course I deny it but he was on to me, he pulled out my record and saw my suspended license and gave me more shit. I got fined driving with a suspended license, no headlight (one of em was out), tinted windows, and speeding warning, and last but not least I got my car impounded.....wow at that point I was stripped from my happiness......am due to appear in court April 28th. So please wish me luck sad.gif I went to court recently for the follow up of my first ticket, and am happy to say that I got my license back, and I did paid my fine. The thing thats behind my head is that I may have my license right now but It may be taken way from me April 28th, I just hope my license dont get suspended again wish me luck guys smile.gif So those are my tiburon chronicles lmao check out my myspace and add me smile.gif

offtopic.gif is it just me, or does anyone else feel that the previous post is a reflection of how stupid some people can be.. Street Racing mad.gif, Not learning and repeating your mistakes.. and much more. Usually I dont care to comment on anything at all, but I have a personal problem with Street Racing, and the fact that I took the time to read that entire post I had to say something.
