Car is silver

67-40, pleaded not guilty although he had proof on radar lmao.gif DA dropped it to parking on a sidewalk. $150 fine, no points. Its funny, the cop pointed to my radar detector and said "looks like its time for a new one"

2nd time I was pulled over for a 'loud muffler', also couldn't find an up to date insurance card. He randomly asked to search my car, while I was behind it joking around with the other cop. He found nothing, I got no tickets.

I later found my insurance card wedged behind the glove box between the dash. mad.gif

I've probably been sitting passenger in more cars pulled over, than my own.

Ive been pulled over i believe 5 times. Only 2 of which resulted in tickets

1. 83 in a 65; wasn't really too much traffic on the road and was just cruising to school.
2. 50 in a 30; Got pissed at work, and just wanted to get home a quick as possible. The road I was driving on is so straight I just took off and didn't realize how fast I was going.
3. Got pulled over under the suspicion of dwi. Reason being I was in an area that I was not to familiar with at the time. I went to make a left turn (probally 12:30am) and didn't realize the intersection consisted of 5 lanes (1 turning right, 2 straight, and 2 turning left). Started turning into a on coming lane then corrected my self. He talked to me for like 5-10 minutes and that was it.

^^All 3 of those were in CT, no points went on to my license in NY

4. Pulled over in MA for my exhaust. MBRP is a loud exhaust. No Ticket

5. Pulled over in NY for changing lanes to quickly. Wasn't speeding because the guy I went around was only doing 40 in a 55 and I saw the cop immediately after that. No Ticket.

My car is cobalt blue

in yellow 05 mustang:
114 in a 35-- The cop told me if I wanted to drive like that to go do it out on a certain road, they dont care what you do as long as you stay out there
110 in a 65-- got a ticket for 81 in a 65
84 in a 65-- got a ticket for 84 in a 65
got followed into my girlfriend's parking lot several times and told to slow down
had drug cops park me in, rush my car with guns drawn and start demanding things without identifying themselves. because I was sitting in the parking lot where I work on my cell phone before going inside. Wanted to search my car, got told what they should go do with themselves and about the security cameras they were currently in view of. There weren't really any but what do they know, lol

in red tib:
got pulled over for going the wrong way up an alley that was apparently one way even though it just went up to a bunch of peoples back yards-- got a ticket, went to court, when the cop asked me why I was contesting it I said " because the ticket was bullshit and we both know it" judge gave me the administrative that I requested it be changed too
82 in a 65-- got a ticket for 82 in a 65

lol I'm what you call a "serial offender." I lost count of all the times I've been pulled over. But rarely has it been for anything worthwhile.

-----------------------------------------------------------car #1-----------------------------------------------------------

When I was 15 I bought my folks old '87 Chevy Caprice (350 of course >) for $300.
By the age of 17 when I got my license it was a beast frankensteined together with junkyard parts. Mind you this was a richie town of airline families so I was outcast for not owning a brand new civic w/ thousands worth in mods. Instead I was handing them their handing them their own rears at the drag strip in a rusted sedan. lmao.gif At least I was smart enough to keep it off the streets. Needless to says though my winning streak made A LOT of enemies with a lot of connections.

About 3 days after the first win I got pulled over for "failure to maintain lane." The cop said he had been following me for 5 miles and I was driving in the gutter. I had just turned onto the road and he pulled out of a gas station. I got a warning... to "keep my mouth shut."

Over the next 2 years I got several more "keep my mouth shut" warnings for various infractions from going to slow (2mph under) and impeding traffic, to loud music from the stock radio. lol

I got 2 actual speeding tickets, which were both deserved. I really had no right to own such a powerful car at that age. (6 points total)

Just before my 18th birthday I got pulled over for failure to stop and a stop sign. The cop was a good half mile down the road rounding a corner when I pulled away from the stop sign that I indeed stopped at, in fact a bike crossed in front of me at the cross walk. (3 points)

Days after high school graduation I got pulled over because I accidentally switched on the "Knight Rider"-esque grill leds I built in electronics. I got a ticket for "impersonating an emergency vehicle." But by this time I made a friend in the local PD and got it dropped to "defective equipment" and a $25 fine. (3 points, lost my license until I competed a defensive driving course.) But I moved out for college after this and surprise surprise, very few problem with the law. With the exception of a headlight bulb that burnt out of my way back from the supermarket. But again, a warning.

When back visiting some friends one year I got pulled over an told that "in this town we drive nice cars." Best warning ever: Oi f***er, the impoverish are not allowed inside the city borders.

Funny how I rarely got pulled over in any other town, the harassment continued until 2002 when the transmission finally gave out and I parted out the car.

-----------------------------------------------------------car #2-----------------------------------------------------------

I used the money earned from parting out my caprice to buy an '83 Porsche 944 on ebay. I moved back into town shortly there-after for work purposes and for some reason the harassment stopped. Go fig I got 2 tickets and 1 warning.

Warning for out dated tags. It had a throttle control problem and wouldn't pass emissions, I was over a week out, the Maryland dealer was kind enough to give me 60 days on the tag (30 days in the GA law) and the cop pulled me over the morning I had fixed the issue and had JUST passed emissions. He recognized my car and realized I had been on the road at least 30 days, but I showed him the emissions slip and told him I was on my way to snag some tags he let me off the hook w/ a warning.

4 years later w/ no infractions I was pulled over just north of Tift county traveling south on I-75. Admittedly I was doing 90mph in the 70 zone, but the cop says he clocked me at 84. I got it knocked down to something like 74 in a 65 and was on my jolly way. But not 20 minutes later we hit traffic in city limits of Tifton and a county sheriff comes screaming across a grassy median from the other direction in traffic and pulled myself and a white Crossfire over (the only one 2 sporty cars on the road) doing about 55-60 mph in heavy traffic this now being a 60mph work zone. As the cop walked up to the car I hear him tell dispatched that the "just pulled over some smart-ass kid in a porsh." I rolled down my window and simply said good afternoon to the cop, who rebuts with a simple "shut your fat mouth." He tells me that he clocked me doing 95 mph but he'll bump it down to 90 so I won't go to jail. He then tells me to give him my drivers license and insurance, which I do. I then politely ask him what kind of device was used because I do not recall going that fast. He rebuts with "I'm not going to tell you again to shut up." I'm pretty pissed at this point so I remind him that under Georgia state law he is required to provide proof of the infraction if asked, including device type (laser, radar, etc.) and calibration info (number, date, etc). He gets in my face and starts shouting at me some mess about disrespect then tells me if I step out of the car I'm going to jail. He goes back to the Crossfire which is on the opposite shoulder so he has to bring 4 lanes of moving traffic to a halt, when he comes back a good 30 mins later I am handed a ticket and told to sign it. I ask him to explain the ticket and he tells me to shut up and sign or I'm going to jail (he is required by law to explain that signing is not an admission of guilt blah blah blah.) I tell him that I will need to read the ticket first to ensure that I am not admitting to anything or giving up any rights. He rips the booklet out of my hands and says "you ain't reading shit, sign it in the next 3 seconds or your going to rot in jail." He then begins to rip at the handle of the car and I lock the door. He does minimal damage but its enough to piss me off. I shout at him to hand me the ticket and back the f*** up. I would have gone to jail right then and there but my g/f (now wife) was in the car and she was in a panic. I calmed myself and signed like a fool then he gave the the other driver's license and ins card and told me to "never show my face round here again." I told the cop that he gave the wrong license and threw it out the window. At this point he's red in the face literally. he tells me to go with out it and I tell him he's full of shit. Finally I get my license back and in a fullish display of testosterone I lay a thick pad of rubber and smoke right in his face. Then had to replace tires while I was in Florida owned.gif But after all that who wouldn't? I don't exactly pride myself on anger management skills.
(I tried to fight it, but no lawyer in Tifton would take the case. I found out later that no one with any kind of decent car drives through there because they pull this kind of crap all the time. It's one of the many very illegal ways the city makes bookoos of cash. Nice rural Georgia town. Reminds me of Deliverance. )

-----------------------------------------------------------car #3-----------------------------------------------------------

After replacing the entire rear suspension on the 944 the clutch gave out. At this point I was told, in so may words, that the Porsche would have to be set aside as a toy and I would need a daily driver. And after everyone's experiences with Hyundai I went and tested a few, I had my heart set on an 06 GK SE-model (in march of 07 brand new still on new car lot) but the ONLY dealer w/one was not willing to drop the price AT ALL. So we went with another dealer and got a '07 Accent brand spankin' new for $10,400.

No tickets, but he lasted until February of '08 when a Cadillac ran a stop sign and he kind of gibbed. >_<

-----------------------------------------------------------car #4-----------------------------------------------------------

In March on '08 the other driver's insurance company valued the Accent at OVER 13.5k!! I paid it off and bought the RD2. No tickets yet, no plans for any, and aside from hail dents on the roof (less than a month after purchase D:

^^^^wow that's interesting. I always have my digital camera with me I might record the next time I get pulled over, just in case I get a bad cop like that.

I've been pulled over twice:

-once on new years because my right taillight was out.
-once this summer going 96 in a 55 (I don't normally do that it was just a stupid one time thing, nobody around ...except the cop lol)
I now have 6 pts. and don't speed.
I have a black tib.

I've been pulled over at least 10 times, maybe even 20.

Worst was for doing 130 kph in an 80 kph zone coming into Niagara Falls. Cost me $300+ in a ticket from Canada, plus something like 6 points on my license, which then cost me an additional $300 from New York State. But I got lucky on that one, cause last year they changed the laws in ON so if you're doing 50 kph over the limit, you automatically get your car seized, your license suspended, and up to $10k in fines.

Once I got pulled over for leading a caravan of modified Hyundais during Hyundai Sunday.

The rest are all boring.

Going from memory....

1st time - 16 years old, driving my dad's Sebring convertible to school. 47 in a 35.
-- Went to Traffic school

2nd time - 17 years old, driving my 1991 Buick Park Avenue home from my girlfriend's house late at night, 72 in a 45.
-- Reckless Driving, went to Defensive Driver's School (8 hours on a Saturday)

3rd time - 18 years old, driving my 2000 Tib on the interstate, 58 in a 50.
-- Taken care of by a friend of a friend

4th time - 20 years old, "improper maintenance of a vehicle" - I was told that it was illegal to have my license plate secured by zip ties. I had just installed my body kit, and didn't even have a front bumper on at the time. I'm pretty sure he was just trying to figure out what kind of car it was. I later found out it was NOT illegal to secure my license plate with zip ties.
-- No ticket issued, just a 'warning'

5th time - 20 years old, 87 in a 70, driving my 2000 Tiburon.
-- Traffic school

6th time - 22 or 23 years old, "illegal U-Turn" - no signs were posted, later found out it was illegal in the entire city.
-- Traffic school

7th time - 25 years old (5 months ago), driving my 2009 Murano, 87 in a 70.
-- Went to court, paid the ticket

Thus:
Regular traffic school: 3 times
Defensive driver's school: 1 time
" Taken care of " : 2 times
Just a Warning: 1 time

The only ticket that insurance should know about is my most recent. I've never had my insurance rates go up, so I hope this last one doesn't hit me. Traffic school was taken 3 times within the same county, but in 2 different cities. I guess they didn't share information
