lol.. and you wonder why you gain weight when your not dieting. could it be that you drive everywhere? i mean you cant even carry your laundry across the sidewalk to cq to do it, you have to drive...sad..... and besides, running is nice, but seeing as how i walk the pt test, walking is good for me. maybe if youd get up and run or walk to work maybe a couple times a week youd be better at not having to diet.
