Is it a Honda Celica, or maybe a Toyota Civic? Or just RICE?
If you think that it's bad I'll have to find the car around here and get some pics. It's a honda accord 4 door with a vette rear end put on it. With a wide body kit. Makes me want to punk.

yes those are S2K lights on that hatch, and yes the other car is photochoped. not only is there blur effect on that headlight, its also allong the border of the hood (even where there wouldnt be any distorting glare), and allong the bottom. Its ugly and ricey indeed, and i have no love for that stupid autobots group, but that pic is choped. deal with it rice.

you need to take some college courses on photography and maybe you'd understand why that blur is there. There a specific reason why the blur you claim makes it a photochop is there and it has to do with the sun and the way it is positioned in accordance to the angle of the lens.
