That would suck so much. I've been hit by debris thrown up that way, but never something that broke the windshield.

i have been wanting to get a video camera for my HD. Cameras do wonders for insurance companies. My friend hit a horse that broke through a fence in Amish Country. What insurance company would believe you hit a horse.....

I have thought of wiring the GoPro up to be either permanently installed or at least to take power from the car. Then it just seems like going through all the video would be annoying if something cool happened. Obviously if it didn't I would just reformat and write over it.
