because no one will give you a laptop that costs $1200 for free. I've seen my naive friends do these things. They fill out this form with their address, phone number, emails address and at the end you have to sign up for some bull crap, like magazines, netflix or w/e, then they redirect you to their website saying that you will get some promotion code or something after you fill out a new application and then you do not get anything and end up giving your info twice and also signed up for some crap!
