So I keep seeing different setups on head lights. On some Tibs I see the inside head lamps used as low beam lights, and on other Tibs I see the outside lights are used. Can these be swapped,or did this come from Hyundai on different models?

That's what I thought!I'll try to pay attention to why I've been noticing the two different setups.I'm sure I've seen this on more than a few different Tibs.

Are you sure you aren't just seeing people driving around with only their daytime running lights on at night? Then only the inside lights would be lit up.

do Canadian tibs have daytime running lights?
Yes, it has been mandatory for all cars sold in Canada to have daytime running lights since 1990.

Actually that is wrong. The daytime running lights are on the high beams. Hyundai chose to also have all the parking/marker lights come on as well but the DRL's are the high beams operating at a low intensity. If yours do not operate this way then there is something wrong with the unit that controls your DRL's, your high beam bulbs are burned out or your car is not a Canadian model.
