Have you ever filed for a patent or trademark?
Working on an invention and I was wondering if anyone has ever filed for either a patent or trade mark? Is it something I can do myself or do I need to have an attorney for it?
The patent will be for what Im inventing, and the trade mark will be for the name of it.
