I was wondering that too, if you look it is his avatar.

Aquamarine, that SOCOM kit is exactly what I want. Is it made by Tokyo Marui?

I have a question. Why is it that the Koreans can drive Japanese cars, but the Japanese cannot drive Korean cars?

Default Re: Grounding points *happy ending update*

OK, I hate to reply in turn but it'll be much easier for me to do so.... here goes.

Rez: Good to see you too man. Well the rifle is a 8mm Smokeys custom made Barrett M82A1 airsoft sniper rifle. It's stock fps is about 460fps which sadly is more than is allowed at most fields in Canada (most have a limit of 450, even for sniper rifles). When yo usay "we can set you up with a tib", do you mean out here in Japan or are you talking about back home in Canada? Speaking of which, what ever happened to the user "2bits"?

Cybershark: I could easily get ahold of one, but the problem is bringing it back to Canada. Our laws are such that a right-hand-driving vehicle must be at least 15 years old before it is brought into the country. If it is brought in as a private driving vehicle and is less than 15 yrs old then it is stopped at the border and (only heard from four people so I can't back this up directly) then arc-welded in half. Not my idea of a fun way to blow $3000 for a '95 Skyline!

KayJai: Yea, I sold my Tib at the end of May and left part-way through June. I'm glad you enjoyed the pics, check back every couple/few days as I'm always updating and putting more up. Also check out the videos at www.pozland.com/japan/videos there are some cute one's in there. I'm not in the heart of Tokyo, namely cuz i don't have $3600 to spend on rent every month. I'm on the very edge of Yokohama that touches Tokyo. Rent is a lot cheaper and I live in a nice up-class neighborhood which is definatly a plus and yes, COMPLETELY different from life in Saskatchewan. I'm not used to hills! Nice thing is that I've lost about 25 pounds since I arrived, just from walking. It's great! Also no, I don't know when I'll be coming back, whenever I get bored of making money. Just received pay for working a part-time job (3 days/week, 4 hours/day) and that came to $1600. I love this place!

Javageek: Yep, my avatar. Also, that SOCOM kit is made by Marui. The way I've been sending/buying things for other folks over here is this way...
A: You pick the item
B: You send the money (Price of gun/part + Price of my travel which is $6 each way into the heart of Yokohama) + whatever (if anything) you want to give for me being such a stand-up guy and buying stuff for you (never hurts for business deals in the future either!)
C: I buy the item & find out how much shipping is
D: I hang onto the item until you forward the remainder of money that will be owed for shipping, then I send it out. It's basically just my way of making sure folks don't screw me over and stick me with parts/guns that I don't want.

HyundaiKitCoupe: Racism. Japan is by far one of the most racist countries in the world. It's simple. Don't beleive me? Ask any foreigner that's ever been in Japan, it's just in their culture and I seriously mean no offence to them, but that's the way it is. Heck, most of my clients feel the same, and they are all Japanese! It's the way they were brought up and that's it.

01roller: Yea, I'll have a look around but me looking will cost some cash as I'm not about to go out and spend $30 on train-rides to look for rims for someone I don't quite know. Nothing personal, but it's far too much hassle for me to take hours out of my day, spend a bunch of cash on trains JUST to track down the price of rims for someone. Airsoft is one thing as I frequent the airsoft shops and know how to get to them semi-cheaply, but rims and shit, that's just a major pain in the ass. As I said though, PayPal me some funding for trains and I'll head out on one of my days off.

The FTO ownz joo!!!!!! 2.0L V6 and its almost as sexy as a 1st gen tib. (Almost) Actually, if i HAD to give up my tib for any other car in the same price/ performance range, I'd get an FTO.

ITS AN AVATAR!!!! how would he be able to POST if hes banned?????

yeah, I'm going through them slowly smile.gif
Took me like 45 mins to look at all the photos.
Oh coincedently. I went to play war games at this local place with air soft guns tonight. It was ok, but wasn't as fun as paint ball. Only thing this has over paint ball is, it's cheaper, and guns are kewler, that's 'bout it. I don't like how you can 'reincarnate" again. Just useless, you shoot like the same guy like 10 times.

Anyway, You're still lucky to be in Japan. I hope to visit soon tongue.gif
I'll let ya know if I do smile.gif
