Gran Turismo 3
setting is pretty simple. pick up a car with largest stage turbo possible and get it up to at least 1500hp. It must be a race car so you can adjust the aero downforce. Suzuki Escudo is a good example. Run it until oil change and get the extra 50hp as well. (mine went up to 19??hp)
Ok, get in the max speed test. change the car setting to:
Suspension
lowest ride weight?!
lowest ride height
Transmission
lowest final gear ratio
highest auto gear setting ratio
body
lowest front downforce
highest rear downforce
zero ACM
zero TCS
10% front/rear distribution
Go in reverse direction (not reverse gear), smok'em!
Tips:
Try to maintain highest speed possible coming out of the turn without hitting the wall. Then HOLD ON TO YOUR CONTROLLER.

I'm guessing your the wirey kid with with the blue gilligan hat.
Actually, if you know about the Japanese and Korean history, you will know why they don't have any Korean cars. Plus they only have Hyundai in Japan just this year or last year. No Tiburon. The Japanese has never seen a Tiburon.
I hope that the history between the two countries isn't the reason why they don't put Korean cars in the game. I know that what happened in the past was sad, but that's just it, it was in the past and I heard that it is actually getting better between the two. So hopefully korean cars will make their way into the game.
agh...not really. if you hear things about the next world cup soccer, protest from Korea, China nowadays about the Japan changing the history books, governor visiting the place, you know there is something going on between Japanese and Korean. I guess not everyone is like that, but it gives you a basic idea if the Japan goverment allows such thing to happen.
