guys i got some incredible news yesterday. my good friend Ben Jopling got offered a testing session for IndyRacingLeauge. at the end of march his testing session will be filmed for SPEED channel, there he will get to drive a formula BMW and based on his results he could win a FULL scholarship in indy cars where he will race against people like danica patrick.

guys he is LIVING the dream, im estatic for him. i wanted to go to the race but i dont wanna make him nervous so i'ma visit after that race is done and go check out the indy " streets of St. Pete" race.

i figured anyone who raced cars on any level dreamed of doing it for a living. at least thats what i've gathered from talkin to people over the years

So he's going to be in St. Pete,Fl? If so I'll go check it out. Always wanted to go to that race.

 

no not racing in the st. pete race we are just gonna be spectating. but if you wanna meet up and check out the race we should make plans. i'm trying to book my flight this week.

every man needs a dream or fantasy. i've just never personally watched those dreams materialize and become true. i'm just happy to be able to join in the excitement.

on a side note, his open wheel car has the same tires as my car, the goodrich somethings... lol
