I've been playing Ridge Racer 5 for a few days now. It's a pretty good game. My thing with video games is 1) are they fun and 2) can I win/finish them. Ridge Racer 5 is both. Plus you can customize you car colors and some other cool stuff. I had it for a while but was busy playing Gran Turismo 3.

Maybe you guys already knew about this one, but I thought I'd throw it out there if anyone was looking for a good racing game.

 

i remember the original ridge racer for playstation. did anyone ever beat that black car at the end?

I used to play ridge racer in the Arcade.. FUN game.. especially when you can drift the arse of the car around.

 

ridge racer rocks. and no, i couldn't' beat the black car.

and i bought ridge racer 5....personally, i think it sucks. and it takes forever to load.
