I just thought I would share some pics of what's called the Glow which was the night before "The Great Forest Park Balloon Race". They don't have their 2006 event pics up yet but check back it shouldn't be too much longer.



















My wife and I rode in this guys balloon earlier this year. It's the blue, black, and purple one in the center of the pic.




They blow a horn about every 2 minutes and everyone lights up the hot air all at once, hence "The Glow". This was one of those times. It totally washed out the pic with light because it was so bright.

That is sooo damn cool!!! I would like to go visit one of these. Except that I"m scared of hieghts so I won't be riding in any. My favorite is the Missouri Lottery one because I'm a lottery man.
