Glow In The Dark Rims, Anyone???

For something like Hot Import Nights, they would be cool. Put a strobe on each wheel, blinking really slow, that would charge them up so that they glow with each flash, and keep them glowing.
Other than that...I think I would get you pulled over by the cops with some stupid law...or at least hassled by them.

Well if you put those rims on your car you would definately get many heads turning!!! No doubt about that!!! They should make those for bicycles...if they dont already. Would help to see those damn bicyclists and from being hit by cars at night!!!
