Took a trip up to Maine this weekend for a couple of Birthday parties so I had to pull the tib out of storage while I was there. So I popped the hood because one of my sensors for the alarm wasn't reading and I hear all this rattling. I put the hood down and looked around...nothing. Open the hood again, rattle, rattle. WTF! So I put the hood all the way up and what do I find? About 8 pounds of cracked acorns all over the engine bay!!! They were everywhere including inside my hood! What a mess! I even had to check the cai filter to make sure they didn't chew through it.
I liked driving the 300zx this winter, but after taking the tib for a spin, the zx just doesn't compare.I can't wait to put it back on the road next month.
