so i'm getting ready to get my turbokit done by this spring or during spring time. i was thinking of doing a sleeper turbokit with a t25, using a hidden stock eclipse intercooler. but i'm not sure if i should show the fact that i'm turbo or not show it and just smoke people and let them hear the turbo spool.

if this is confusing i'll make it easy.

show a fmic or have a hidden intercooler?

opinions???

show the intercooler...let people know that people with Hyuandai's are boosted...so we can get more recongition....

Make sure you smoke them on the track and not on the street

if i was to go with a minor turbo kit like using a t25, i think i would go with using the SMIC from an ecplise, and a nice heat shield over the turbo to even make it look sleeper in the engine bay. and i would also make a sleeper design for the IC piping to make it look more like a CAI..

even though a FMIC screams, im boosted, it would be alot cooler for people not even to know your car is boosted by looking at it.

i keep pondering the idea of painting my FMIC flat black so its barely visible.

go with the sleeper look.

I have a DSM side mount for sale I got off of eBay. It's painted flat black. I'm looking for $25+shipping.

The DSM sidemounts really aren't all that efficient cooling wise. I was going to run my old one but really couldn't find a decent place to mount it at either.

honestly, i think all turbo tibs should flaunt.

Because when you dont race on the streets you dont want people thinking its because you dont have the power, they see the FMIC, and know my car's business, if they cant see the FMIC, i just give a quick little gas and release to let the greddy BOV do the talking

the way i see it, the more people that know that people turbo tiburons, the less people that hate.
