Fiscal Cliff
ALRIGHT ladies and gents, let me tell you what's going to happen: They will kick the can down the road, put us farther into debt, raise the debt ceiling, and avoid the cliff. Thus sticking your children and you with insurmountable debt that can never be paid back because we borrow money to pay for the interest on the debt we've already accumulated. Now here's what you're going to do. Nothing. We will do nothing while they destroy our futures. Don't ask for a "solution", because the problem isn't these guys, it's people like you and me who want to be told what to do and how to live our lives. Its bad enough that the government is slowly taking away our rights to privacy and freedom of speech. My solution to that, is let the default and collapse of the dollar come and let Darwinism take it from there. Every great nation always faces judgement day sooner or later!

The house has passed a bill. It's going to the President. He has to sign it no matter what now. So it looks like the Fiscal Cliff will be averted this time.

"Milk cliff" averted, too.....God Damn!
The "fiscal cliff" is not the only "cliff" averted in Congress' last-minute negotiations: The so-called "milk cliff" was also avoided - for now. As part of the "fiscal cliff" deal, Congress passed a temporary extension of several agriculture subsidies, including one that would avoid a drastic spike in milk prices.
Because Congress was unable to pass an extension of the farm bill before the end of the year, milk prices were expected to rise to $7 or $8 a gallon in the new year because the milk subsidy program would revert back to an antiquated formula that was implemented in 1949.
Whats next?

Only for one year. I'm hearing that the so called "aversion" won't stop the debt and the debt ceiling issue will most-likely return sometime this year.
They didnt fix sh*t, simply pointed at a higher cliff and said lets climb up to that.
What they're dubbing "Fiscal Abyss" now. I think that they just patched it up using the wealthiest 2% for the time being. We're in the event horizon of the Monetary Implosion of Doom and I still see Obama stickers everywhere. "We're just going to have to work harder..."
4 years ago the debt was between 9-10 Trillion. FOUR YEARS! How in hell was the debt nearly doubled in four years?! That's annually double the amount of Bush's spending. How can democrats legitimately explain this? They are after all for larger government.
I think that we'll see MASSIVE tax hikes in 2014. Everything from bandaids to oranges will be outrageously and unreasonably priced. Cost of living will be simply intolerable for every single person.
