if your stupid enough to buy a car with no title, and no real history behind it, then you desrve to have the car taken away. from reading all that, all that needs to be said is the owner was a dumbass, and it came back to bite him.

that why if u have an illegal car you dont keep it where your live/work. that is shitty for him though and on another note i'm fairly sure that the FBI dosent go around f***ing with people about car titles. thats what DMV and police/repo does.

actually secretary of state police handle anything title/automobile related. at least here in IL. my g/f works at a title place so i here all about her title horror stories every night
