Is anyone on this site directly related to the site, like do we know anyone that could get me an update on why it is taking so long to get the cuda bumper. We had contact with them through email, but when they said that they bumper was going to be sent, we emailed them for a tracking number and now its like they fell off the earth.

You mean evofusionusa.com. Weren't they associated with Real Engineering at some point?

No, EvoFusionUSA is the name that TeamSharkRacing took when they tried to distance themselves from Shark Racing.

All in all, it's still the same company more or less, with the same issues they had years ago. A few have had successful transactions with them, many many many more have not. Searching here will find that most are warned to stay away.

I've actually tried to do some business with them in the past 2 or 3 years now, to see if things had changed, and they have not. You can check out the failed exhaust system they were going to do for us (just faded away and stopped answering when we got our questions posted), and I've been trying to buy a cargo area floormat for my wife's Sorento for YEARS now, but I'm always told it's not in stock, and there's one coming this month, next month, the month after that.

I'd contact your credit card company.

i got my bumper for my tib from evofusion/teamSR. bumper was perfect fit, great quality, arrived in 4 days. I have always had good luck with evo fusion and a few people that i have sent to evo fusion to do business have also had good luck.

they get their parts made at the SAME place flyryde gets all his stuff done at. Import Trenz.

every time i call them, i get right on the line and get to talk to at least someone.

depends if your getting a REAL cuda bumper or not. if you are, its getting imported. if its getting imported, it takes quite a bit of time.

importshark shares crates with evofusion i believe when they get parts imported.

call evofusion and ask for brad.

Brad (yamaneko) used to do alot on HA (when it was Team SR before hand), but he's doing his own thing now and pretty much seperated from Sam and Shark Racing. I heard they are getting better, but there are still issues now and then.

Well when we did have confirmation with them, that was the period in which they were importing the front bumper. When he confirmed that the bumper had arrived, he said it will ship out within the next few days. And after that NOTHING. mad.gif
And its not like it is through my credit card its through the insurance company that has been trying to get my car fixed for like 7 months lol

I'd call them then. It seems as you are being screwed over.

Again, do some research, it's funny how some folks defend this company time after time, but if you do your research, you'll see that most of the responses to them are negative.

As for the companies being separate, they may well be now, but they still do a LOT of business with each other.

A perfect example of all of this, a company called HDK Autosport used to be around and had a VERY VERY bad reputation. I decided to order some gauge faces from them, and though they never replied to a single email before or after the purchase, I did get my item in like 4 days.

I'd never do business with them again though, too many folks with hundreds if not thousands of dollars stolen through that company, my risking of $14 for a set of clearance guages, was a calculated risk. I'm glad I never spent more money with them, as they went out of business owing a LOT of money and parts to folks, that never got anything.

Evo/SR won't be out of business anytime soon, but ignoring a customer, like they are doing to you, is unnaceptable.

I'm getting the same treatment from SFR, so you can guess that I won't be working with them much longer.

Well here is the thing which I can not comprehend. They are switching warehouses, over in Cali. So, at the moment none

the customer service lines are up, they are working night shift, which is completely ridicolous and they only respond back

to emails for the time being, and still can not even manage to get that done correctly.
