Any one here playing EQ2 or is going to get EQ2?

 

nope, I've never played the first evercrack... but I'm not much into mmorpgs. I like fps, rts and rpgs.

You have to pay monthly for eq right?

I currently play FFXi online and i'm hooked. I'm afraid to even try out EQ2 lol... 8O

 

I played the original EQ YEARS ago before they ruined the monk class...

 

I just stopped playing EQ, main enchanter, but I played cleric on necessity for raids, on terris thule server. I'm an officer in the oldest guild on that server laugh.gif , cleared time, ikkiniz, they are currently working in uqua. No way I would start another game like that, WAY too much of a time sink. The only thing that was fun for me in the end was raids, and to get to that point takes a crazy amount of investment.

 

yah, I used to pour tons of time into games, just not all the interested in it anymore... I still love a good lan or an online game with my friends from time to time. laugh.gif

 

Well if any one gets EQ2 im on butcherblock(server) and my Chars name is Akuro and as a person who on EQ1 had close to 500 playing hours(its about 40 days and i did it in about 1.5 years) i can say that EQ2 is much better and more fun.

 

You know people used to make money playing EQ... there was a place you could sell your platinum and goodies for real cold cash to other players
