I emailed my old owner of the tib cause I thought it might be cool for him to know the tib is still around and has changed a lot. So I showed him. Here is his response.

Hey Adam, what's up?
I was quite surprised when I got your mail a few days ago because of couple
of things.
First, you still keep the tibby! wow, I was thinking that the car might be
sold to someone else since people have stereotypes on Hyundais. Second, you
transformed the car into the beauty! I think that's the most thing that I
was astonished. I looked at the picture and just spit the word "wow" many
times because it wasn't the same car when I was an owner. Your car truly
looks awsome!
I can't imagine how much money and time you have spent for tricking out the
car. And you said you did all the installation done by yourself. You should
proud of yourself, that's true because not everyone can do this by their
hands. I found something interesting from pictures in which front license
plate, there's korean word saying "hyundai" and your last name? probably.
That's very unique because people might think that you are a korean lol.
I remember the last year that how much you wanted this car to be yours. And
I knew that your were a very nice guy with passion on automobiles. Like you
said, 1st gen. tiburon is very rare in these days. I visited korea last
month and 1st gen. is even rare in korea. Also it's very hard to see dressed
up tibbys. In the states, I only saw a tiburon with SRX wing (tiburon SRX
trim spoiler in korea, same as your spoiler) once in all years in the
states. Your tiburon should be a head turner in the road.
Once again, it's very nice to hear from you that you have taken care of
tibby with efforts and confidence. I hope you that you have fun driving and
get compliments from everybody. Please be safe driving and good luck in your
career as well.
Best Wishes

very cool i should stop back in the dealership i bought my tib from and show the salesmen what ended up to it.
Every time I stop at a dealership to pick up parts, I get 2 or 3 sales people asking a bunch of questions. Then I end up popping the hood, trunk, and have them asking me to sell the car back to them.

the majority of ppl, even Hyundai Sales People, don't realize the potential that our cars have. it's not "just a Hyundai" anymore.. good stuff fing02.gif

That's really awesome. The people I bought mine from said they were glad I got it because they knew I was going to take care of it. They almost kept it themselves because they had a Sonata and really liked it.

lol, not likely. College student, now 20 years old. I thought it was really cool, I never knew what my plate said until now, and it's awesome that not even Korea has many modded tibs. I like it that way, now we aren't like civics or eclipses, you know?
And Jay-M, are you running stock internals @ 12psi?
