If you go to the Vero page Indiglo Corporation is not even a member of about me.....like the letter said they were a verified.....

I realy am not pissed about it since ebay refunded my fee.....but here is the letter i send back

What a load of crap.......i buy something from acompany with a misleading description......the product turns out to be crap(worse)....company won't refund money......i am stuck with crap.....try to sell on ebay.....What gives....what part of my add was inacorate or copywriten.....thier picture? look at it there is no copywrite info on it....maybe thier description?.....well i used the description they used to sell it to me, except i was honest about the product....what a load of Chop Sewie mixed with horse manure.

Ebay didn't screw you. They really had no choice. They don't want to get sued for copyright infringement so they had to take down your auction because the copyright holder requested that they do so. My friend just got busted and had 10 of his auctions taken down this week and he is basically being forced out of business by the lawyers of a company that claim he is infringing on thier intellectual property. I think the days of selling anything and every thing on Ebay are quickly coming to an end.

 

Repost them without using the word "Indiglo" and you should be fine. "glo", "glow", "awesome blue", "ELECTROLUMINESCENT" whatever, but Timex *owns* the word "Indiglo".

That's the only problem. If you read the letter it was Timex that called you out.

Yeah you guys are 100%.....i went and looked back at the auctions of ther person i bought them from and they have changed them all to lumanescint(sp)

I guess I cannot blame Timex for this. I wouldn't want my name (Timex) associated with this crap...lol
