Ebay Problem

ok, my sister sold a Barbie on ebay. when the person who got the barbi recieved it they sent it back because it was damaged. When we sent the barbie it was in perfect condition. So she sent it back and now wants her money back. She said she filed a claim against us. i dont want to send her the money because the barbie is ruined now, so it does no good to my sister. what should i do???? and what can happen if she goes through with the claim, what will they do????

Like Mad said, UPS automatically covers up to $100. She should have contacted them first and should not have sent you then doll back. I would contact the person who bought the doll and notify them of this. I've never had a complaint against me on Ebay, but I'm sure you should be able to contact them and let them know of the buyer's error.

Well, it's actually very simple.
If they didn't PAY for insurance, and you had it listed as available in your auction, it's on them.
If they didn't PAY for insurance and it WASN'T listed, it's not really on you, but you shipped via UPS, so the insurance claim needs to be done.
Either way, it's not on you.
Let Ebay know it was insured.
