dual engine, awd tib

Default dual engine, awd tib

does anyone know what they've done to the engines in that tib? i tried finding the website for the tib, but the site i found didn't have anything for it.

turbocharged, using methanol to cool the intake air charge, and to add needed fuel.

I wonder how did they do 300hp with stock internals?

The AWD 03 was done by the mystical Airwerks/Area 51 combo. I've been to their sites, they've won awards for the turbo design and such for the tib, but there's no Dyno, and no place to buy it or see stats. There is also a little blurb about them putting the AWD system on it, but nothing substantial.

The methanol cools down the intake air charge so much, and it also cools down the combustion event. Allowing the stock internals to live much longer. Tuning is also the key. If that car were to run out of meth, or run lean, the stock pistions wouldn't survive.
