I thought that to java, ...but if you look at the front tires, they are turned
towards the side of the hill even when the scooter just came in veiw.
I think the idiot just lost control plain and simple, and the scooter just happened to be comming at the same time.
I'm willing to bet the car would have crashed even if the road was clear.
the guy did'nt even try to correct the front tires, or even cause the car to spin out - all of which would have been better then crashing head first, to avoid hitting the scooter.
If the dude was a good driver, he would've been able to correct the oversteer in time.
but good thing the scooter did'nt get smoked!

Looks as if he freaked and slammed the brakes just as the scooter was coming into view. I think he had a chance to save it if the road was clear. In any case stunts like that on public roads are stupid, and even stupider if you're trying to impress crowds.
