Red car was clearly getting ready to attempt an overtake and turned its signal on as the car with the camera comes along side. The red car should have checked, but... I would say the camera car is the one at fault regardless of overtake laws. That said, I think it depends on the State.
looks like the camera cars at fault to me, def looks like speed was a factor also
bet you the camera car was speeding and just went for it, heck it doesnt even look like the red car actually made contact with the camera car before it lost control

I disagree. The camera car was in the left lane and starting to pass BEFORE the red car moved over. IMO, camera car was in the right and all would have been ok had the red car just looked/waited BEFORE moving over. Camera car didn't seem to be speeding or going much faster than the other cars before passing, he just sped up to perform the pass like expected.

I have grown up in Europe and this stuff is VERY common. These drivers are too young, and think they can just fly past anyone. Because the red car didn't hit the camera car first, it will be the camera car's fault for hitting the bus. It looks like his rear tire went into the gravel causing the fishtail.
He made several mistakes, one of which was passing from so far behind. When you overtake, you have to pull up to the car in front of you. Then stick your nose out, then punch it.
He should have braked.

What I think I saw:
The red car had their turn signal on. Camera may not have had time to brake if they JUST turned signal on. Can't tell, might have been on for a long time like they were never going to pass.
Red car did NOT monitor their mirrors. VERY clearly somebody was passing . . . IF they had bothered to look
Camera car not passing fast enough. This is a two-way street, get up some speed before attempting to pass!
I didn't see that the wheel was jerked. I think there was a swerve off and then back on the road, and the red car maybe made an unintended PIT maneuver.
The red car definitely hit the camera car . . . it was spinning off the road too.
The music in the camera car was HUGELY ironical, in that it totally fit the video.
If it was a higher resolution video it would be funny to see the faces of the bus passengers.
