Problem with that entire video is that it equates "The State" with a person. "The State" is not a person. There is no "Social Contract" between "The State" and the citizenry. "The State" is you, me, and everyone else. The "Social Contract" is between all of us, not between you and "The State". Once you understand that, the entire argument made by the video falls apart.
