Do you think Cash for clunkers will come back?
What do you all think about the program? It seemed like it was a success, but do you think the government will do this type of thing again in the future?

I doubt it, it was a fairly expensive program.
The gov't should have taken possession of all the traded in cars IMO. The gov't could use them as it saw fit at that point.

Instead of destroying some nice cars they could have re-sold them or given them to people in need. I think there is a very small chance it will come back. And if it does, they will give out less cash.

Those cars had crap poured into the oil to seize the motors up. Such a waste when at the very least auto recyclers could have picked them up and help pay some of the bill that we tax payers had to fund. It's OK though, just print more money, forget about deflation and national debt. The Amero is so around the corner, just have to stab the dollar and economy a few more times. Morons, no sheeple across America will demand a fix to the problems and boom, in comes the North American Union.
